Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges in all cases. However, if you receive a product with an incorrect size, a wrong design or print, or a damaged product due to our error, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- You will not need to place a new order for the replacement item.
